1cyl Racing Exhaust

A race ready exhaust system must withstand all the stress of a rough use on the race track. For our customer we have developed a single cylinder performance exhaust system.

Design steps
In the first stage of development we designed a virtual 3D exhaust system and performed necessary simulations. Then the first prototypes were built to check the fitments and measure the performance. The results from the modular dyno exhaust were also incorporated into this design.

Results
Results were very close to the ones that we have predicted – good top power with strong torque across the entire power band. Also planed are additional improvements such as a new muffler construction.
